Earlums began in 2008 in San Diego, California. The vision of creating Earlums began with the desire to make an "ear cuff or ear wrap" that fit comfortably, stays put, and most of all, looks good. While searching the Internet and eBay for various types of ear wraps, we could not find any that were affordable and fit cozy on the ear. So began Earlums. Over the next few months, friends, family, and co-workers showed an increased interest in what we were creating. The realization that people were enthusiastic and interested in our ear jewelry gave us the inspiration to move forward. Through various methods of bending, transforming and testing, there are now many different styles of Earlums ranging from simple to exquisite, in a variety of sizes.

Each Earlum is handcrafted with passion and each piece is unique. We use a variety of colored craft wire (precious metals also available), colorful beads, pearls, and amazing crystals. Unlike most ear cuffs on the market, Earlums are bilateral, meaning that they can be worn on either ear, left of right. With ears ranging in sizes and shapes, Earlums has set the standard in comfort fit ear cuffs. With the pliable yet durable nature of the wire we use, you can simply adjust the piece with your fingers, not only the width of the cuff, but also the angle or length to what feels and looks best to you! Also, because the wire we use is a soft metal, the rounded edges of the cuff portion of the Earlums can safely be opened and closed for your comfort and security. The key is that they are made to be worn comfortably so that you don't even realize you are wearing it. And you don't have to worry about losing them.
